Employees may be scheduled for preseason training and early season activities. Employees remain employed during the off-season; however, little to no work may be available between seasons. Scheduling opportunities typically resume at the start of the following season based on business needs, operational requirements, and employee availability.

  • Accurately facilitate the sale of tickets via various technology devices

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be available for at least 60% of home games. (For the 2026-27 NHL regular season, the San Jose Sharks are playing 42 home games)

  • Ability to work occasional extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Is a team player in every sense of the word.
  • Has an outgoing, enthusiastic personality; enjoys working as a part of a team.
  • Ability to work with people of all ages.
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend at the waist, reach overhead and lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodations.
  • Physically navigate stairs and catwalks at SSE facilities during normal work hours and events with or without accommodation
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation
  • 401K (pre-tax and Roth options) after meeting hour requirements
  • Employee referral bonus program
  • Employee recognition program
  • Complimentary or discounted sports and event tickets
  • Discount in the Sharks Pro Shop
  • Food and beverage discounts when working (excluding alcohol)
  • Spot Pet Insurance
  • Give Virtual Care (GVC)
  • Complimentary Barracuda tickets
  • Complimentary ice skating at Sharks Ice (San Jose, Fremont, and Oakland)
  • Discount on various hockey programs at Sharks Ice
