Job description

Shadowridge at Melrose is a senior living community where we focus on building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, and we’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our team!
As a Caregiver, you’ll have the unique opportunity to make a real difference every day. From helping with daily routines to sharing conversations and laughs, your work truly matters here.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
  • Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
  • Support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.
  • Help create a positive, respectful, and engaging environment.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A genuine love for working with seniors.
  • A kind, patient, and caring attitude.
  • Reliable and team-oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
