Job description

SFS is looking for an Administrative Assistant
Location: Washington DC, National GuardPosition OverviewSFS is seeking a Administrative Assistant to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a Military environment is preferred.
Overview
This role provides administrative and staff action support including task tracking, meeting coordination, and document management.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Track taskings using ETS, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Prepare and distribute documents
  • Manage document repositories
  • Support training and onboarding activities

Qualifications
  • Administrative or staff support experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
  • Active Secret Clearance or higher required
