Your Core Responsibilities:

• Finalizing sales transactions and providing customers with precise quotes for their chosen installations
• Managing the entire sales trajectory, from initial contact to post-sale customer satisfaction
• Utilizing visual aids and simulations to present pool design options appealingly
• Maintaining thorough records of all customer interactions and sales processes

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-value, commission-based sales environments
• Independence in managing work schedule and sales processes
• Competence in CRM software and modern sales tools
• An unwavering commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets
• The ability to adapt quickly to evolving work conditions
• A valid driver's license and openness to travel for client engagements
• Outstanding communication skills for building customer rapport and trust
• Availability to start within a short timeframe
