Shop Supervisor – Fleet, Equipment & Inventory

ServiceMaster Restore – Operations Support Role Are you a highly organized, dependable problem-solver who loves keeping things running like clockwork? Join ServiceMaster Restore as our Shop Supervisor and be the essential support behind our field teams. We are looking for a tech savvy + mechanically inclined shop supervisor to ensure our supplies, equipment, fleet, and the shop itself are running efficiently so our restoration team can operate at their full capacity out in the field. You'll manage our fleet, equipment, and inventory - making sure everything is ready to roll when disaster strikes. If you enjoy hands-on work, managing resources, and supporting a fast-growing team, this is your chance to shine.

You'll be the backbone of our operations, responsible for keeping our shop, vehicles, and equipment in top shape every day. Your key duties include:

  • Fleet & Vehicle Management: Track and maintain company vehicles, keep them clean and stocked, coordinate maintenance, and ensure they're always ready for action.
  • Equipment Oversight: Manage air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and specialty tools—making sure everything is inspected, cleaned, and ready for the next job.
  • Inventory Control: Keep supplies like PPE, chemicals, and drying materials fully stocked and organized. Handle orders, vendor relations, and inventory storage.
  • Shop Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. Implement systems to track equipment and support field crews with prep and readiness.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full time.

  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to manage vehicles, equipment, and supplies efficiently
  • Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds and working in a warehouse/shop environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience in restoration, construction, warehouse, or fleet management is a plus
