Required Skills
• 8+ years of software development experience supporting enterprise-scale systems
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM v14.x Standard Edition (Virtual MDM), including MDM data models, entities, transactions, batch processing, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka

Mostly technical interview with hiring manager and other team members with a little soft skills portion at the end. Likely to only be 1 round, but could be more if needed.
-Hybrid position, Mondays and Tuesdays are required on-site days (non-negotiable) Must meet these requirements from beginning. In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
-Location: Open to local candidates or those willing to relocate to Lansing. MUST be able to relocate from day one with no delays at their own expense (non-negotiable).
