Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
  • Utilize a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modern equipment to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
  • Conduct regular tracking and documentation of patient progress, responses to treatment, and modifications to therapy plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on self-care strategies, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate use of assistive devices to promote independence.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to integrate physical therapy into overall patient care solutions, ensuring a cohesive approach to rehabilitation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and participating in relevant training to stay current with industry best practices and innovations in physical therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
