Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate an individualized understanding of each client's mental health status, goals, and challenges.

• Provide engaging one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients, employing solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques to encourage healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor combined with a non-judgmental approach to client support.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload demands and documentation efficiently.
• A clean disciplinary record with your respective licensing board.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory, although familiarity with teletherapy technologies will be beneficial.
• Prior work with diverse adult populations experiencing various mental health issues.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices effectively in therapeutic sessions.
