Oversee Consultants and internal teams, as responses are developed. Develop strategic responses and work with subject matter experts to define key messages and themes for the response. Evaluate Medicaid market trends and analyze competitor responses. Oversee the management and coordinate the production, assembly, and fulfillment of hard-copy and electronic RFP/RFI responses. Ensure completion and accuracy of all information included in the RFP/RFI within the extremely time-sensitive deadlines specified by the customer that is often very short.
