Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to capture client history, current concerns, personal strengths, and support systems.
• Provide individual and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and maximize treatment effectiveness.
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that promote peer support and community healing.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
