Semi Truck DriverWe are currently looking for a Semi-Truck Driver to support our operations in Quincy, WA.
Drives gasoline and/or diesel-powered tractor trailer combination to transport and deliver crude from the quarry to the plant and waste material from the plant to the quarry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts a pre-trip inspection and submits report indicating truck condition.
- Drives truck to destination.
- Loads truck with a front-end loader.
- Unloads truck at plant site.
- Hauls waste as directed.
- Does minor maintenance such as changing flat tires, adjusting brakes, etc.
- Drives water truck.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- A minimum of one (1) year of semi-truck driving experience.
- Must possess a Driver's License with a CDL. Tanker endorsement preferred.
- Standard First Aid card and adult CPR card is preferred.
- Must have the ability to operate a front-end loader.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- This position requires frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds.
Compensation: $34.08 / hour plus quarterly manufacturing incentive bonus.
