Position: Environmental Food Service Specialist
Location: Dublin, Ohio
Schedule: Full Time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.56 per hour

Responsibilities
This role is primarily responsible for:
  • Meal preparation, including cooking for 12 patients
  • Following approved menus
  • General facility cleaning, including patient suites, kitchen, and common area.
  • Suite management
  • Household management
  • Grocery management - purchasing and inventory
  • Ordering/shopping
  • Kitchen infection control and appropriate food labeling.
  • Laundry
  • Driving
  • Community integration activities
  • Patient monitoring and documentation as appropriate
  • This role may include assisting with patient functional activities, kitchen safety, or general oversight- according to therapist direction, or facility need.
  • Driving as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association required
  • Current State Driver's License in good standing required

Preferred Experience
  • 2 years experience in an assisted living or rehabilitation environment preferred
  • Experience in housekeeping and food services preferred
  • Ability to delegate and problem solve effectively
