These projects include the opening and closing of funds and share classes, coordinating fund mergers, asset pool conversions and external service provider changes. It is critical that you ensure that standardized processes are created and used to manage routine activities.
  • Assist with helping IMS meet its business objectives by helping ensure client relationships maintain revenue and profitability goals. This requires your active involvement in helping identify cross selling opportunities and supporting the recontract and RFP processes.
  • We want you to succeed and look for future solutions! Through attending and participating in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions and industry conferences, you will acquire the tools to identify processes across the division and organization as well as opportunities to streamline for our clients. We see your role as a partnership to our business and want to recognize your contributions.

  • 8 years investment management/operational experience (Traditional or Alternative).

  • Excellent Client Service skills built around the SEI Client Experience Principles.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • The self-motivation and drive to monitor multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of your time.

Attributes we value:
  • A drive to learn new systems and concepts to ultimately have a broad knowledge of the industry.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. As the needs of our clients change, we need to be flexible to change with them.
  • Positivity and genuine interest in assisting both colleagues and clients.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking: Whether it's to identify a solution to a problem or possibly help implement a more efficient process or procedure, your skills have a place in our business.
