Since 1979, Kirkwood Fence has been providing residential and commercial customer in the greater St. Louis area with fencing products designed for ultimate performance and style.Â
Summary:
This person will be responsible for, but not limited to, securing the sale of our product lines by meeting with potential clients at their home or business to discuss design needs or desired projects.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fulfill daily sales appointments.
- Work closely with customers to identify their fence/project needs.
- Work with production and install team to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare estimates within 48 hours of meeting with them.
- Prepare final contracts within appropriate timeframe.
- Build genuine relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Follow up with customers within one week to ensure they received the quote. If not sold withing one week, follow up within 30 days to sell jobs.
- Follow up calls to ensure customer satisfaction post installation.
