About the Role:

Join Second Allied LLC (Bay City Medical Transportation) as a NEMT (Driver) in Daly City, CA, where you will play a crucial role in providing safe and reliable transportation for those in need. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community.

Responsibilities:

Transport clients to and from dialysis and medical appointments

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.

Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle.

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.

Document and report any incidents or vehicle issues promptly.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding schedules.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients at all times.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a NEMT or similar role.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.

Knowledge of the Daly City/San Francisco area and surrounding communities.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, weekends and some holidays.

Pass a background check and drug screening.

Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.

Can lift 25 - 50lbs
