Sebastian Tech Solutions is hiring a Business Development Associate to help grow our enterprise technology, AI consulting, cybersecurity, and government contracting business. This is not an order-tasking sales job. This is a hunter role for someone who wants to build relationships, create opportunities, and grow with a company that will invest in them.

We are looking for potential more than pedigree.

If you have 10-20 years of enterprise technology sales experience, we're likely not the right fit. If you're intelligent, driven, curious, willing to learn, and looking for a way to get into the real world of tech sales, we'd like to meet you.

What you'll do:

• Build relationships with business and government decision-makers
• Prospect for new opportunities through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email and phone
• Schedule and participate in executive discovery meetings
• Develop presentations, proposals, and customer communications
• Learn enterprise technology, AI consulting, cybersecurity, cloud and government contracting
• Work directly with company leadership on business development strategy
• Use AI tools to sharpen your research, writing and productivity

What we're looking for:

A college degree is not required. What matters is whether you can communicate, learn, and produce.

• Strong written and verbal communication, including professional business writing
• Ability to build a clean, executive-level PowerPoint
• Organization and personal accountability
• Confidence talking to professionals and executives
• Comfort using AI tools in your daily work

Background in business development, recruiting, sales, customer success, banking, insurance, staffing, or relationship management is helpful but not required.
