As a Crew Member at Seaviche, you’ll be a key part of our team responsible for delivering excellent service and preparing food that meets our high-quality standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and have the opportunity to interact with customers, help in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and prompt service to every customer. Ensure that customers feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied with their dining experience.
• Food Preparation: Assist in preparing food items according to Seaviche's recipes and quality standards. This includes chopping, grilling, cooking, and assembling orders.
• Cleaning & Sanitation: Keep the restaurant clean and organized, following sanitation and safety procedures at all times. Regularly clean workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
• Teamwork: Work closely with team members and managers to ensure smooth operations. Assist where needed to ensure that customers receive their orders quickly and correctly.
• Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process payments, and provide accurate change. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash.
• Health & Safety: Follow food safety guidelines and health regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and a willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous experience in food service or retail is a plus but not required
