Job description
- Analyze business requirements and implement automated tax determination within SAP S/4HANA.
- Integrate SAP Modules
- Ensure seamless tax integration across SAP SD, MM, and FI processes.
- Manage Tax Engines
- Configure and maintain integrations with external tax engines such as ONESOURCE or Sovos.
- Support Digital Reporting
- Implement statutory reporting solutions, including e-invoicing and SAF-T requirements.
- Translate Business Requirements
- Convert complex tax regulations into functional specifications for technical implementation.
- Lead Testing Activities
- Coordinate Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT for tax-related developments and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot complex tax calculation, interface, and e-invoicing issues in production environments.
- Ensure Tax Compliance
- Support compliant tax processes and continuous improvements across SAP Finance solutions.
- SAP Implementation Experience
- Minimum 5 years of SAP implementation experience, including at least two full project lifecycles.
- SAP SD/MM Expertise
- Strong expertise in SAP SD/MM with proven experience integrating SAP FI processes.
- Indirect Tax Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of SAP indirect tax configuration, including VAT/GST and complex EU tax regulations.
- SAP S/4HANA Experience
- Experience designing and implementing tax solutions within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Ability to debug ABAP programs and troubleshoot tax calculation and interface issues.
- Business Analysis Skills
- Experience translating business and legal tax requirements into SAP functional solutions.
- Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication Skills
- Fluent English with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
