Search Station is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client. Our client is seeking an experienced Healthcare HR Lead Specialist to own and drive day-to-day human resources operations, employee relations, compliance, and workforce processes. This is a hands-on leadership role for an HR professional who thrives in a mission-driven healthcare environment and takes pride in building compliant, people-first HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Healthcare HR experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
- HRIS proficiency.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred).
Scope of work:
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain audit-ready employee files and ensure HRIS data integrity
- Support regulatory compliance, audits, and maintain I-9, licensure, and training documentation
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Advise managers on performance issues, corrective action, and PIPs
- Lead and document HR investigations with consistency and professionalism
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Ensure onboarding completion and compliance within defined timelines
- Conduct exit interviews and track turnover trends
Payroll & Benefits
- Ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing
- Support benefits administration and open enrollment
Training & Workforce Planning
- Coordinate compliance training and continuing education units (CEUs)
- Support job description maintenance and workforce planning initiatives
