Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable, experienced Plumber to perform plumbing installations for commercial buildings, office spaces, retail environments, multi-family units, and residential homes. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and delivering top-tier service to a variety of customers. 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Install plumbing systems for commercial and residential applications 
  • Excavate and lay new piping at proper slope and backfill 
  • Install and service water heaters, fixtures, pumps, backflow devices, and piping 
  • Work with piping materials including PVC, copper, PEX, cast iron, and galvanized steel 
  • Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining clear communication with superintendents, project managers and supervisors/teammates. 
  • Ensure all work is performed to code and in compliance with safety standards 
  • Assist in all areas of commercial contract plumbing installations 
 
Job Qualifications 
  • 3+ years of plumbing experience (commercial and/or residential preferred) 
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations 
  • Ability to read and interpret plan sets and technical schematics 
  • Ability to solder copper on larger piping applications 
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
