Small CPA Firm seeks experienced accountant, CPA not required but a plus! Job Growth and potential for more for the right person

We are a small CPA firm growing and looking for an accountant with the following:

1.Must have at least 3-4 years experience preparing 1120S, 1065, 1120, 1040.

2. Must have experience with small business accounting, as we deal with many of these types of clients.

3. Must be organized and detail oriented. Must be able to work quickly but accurately at the same time.

4. Must be able to problem solve a set of small business issues and work independently.

5. This person should be tech savvy, and have outstanding computer skills and enjoys working with the latest technology as we try to incorporate the latest technology for our firm and clients.

6. Quickbooks Online experience is a major plus as many of our clients use this platform. Experience connecting apps to QBO is also a major plus.

7.Good working knowledge of the tax code on both the business and personal side.

8. Must be reliable and punctual and be highly motivated.

9. Salary is open depending on skills and experience, but we do tend to pay on the higher side for great people. We do pay a nice tax season bonus.

We offer a very casual work environment with a low stress environment. No suits , no ties, no dresses. Dress as casual as you like. Even though we are a small firm we are very well known in our niche and have a great reputation. The work we do is not overly complicated and most of our clients are your normal small business clients.

Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
