Job Description:

As a Relationship Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and expanding our client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of 50-100 households, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance their financial well-being. This hybrid role offers a flexible 4-day work week, balancing office collaboration with remote work.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusting relationships.
    • Conduct regular reviews to assess client financial situations, identify risks, and uncover opportunities.
    • Proactively communicate with clients regarding life changes, market updates, and financial planning recommendations.

Client Service

    • Provide exceptional, personalized service to address client inquiries and needs.
    • Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
    • Assist clients with account maintenance, paperwork, and other administrative tasks.

Financial Planning Support

    • Collaborate with a Certified Financial Planner on complex planning cases.
    • Gather and organize client financial data for analysis.
    • Present and explain financial recommendations to clients.

Business Development

    • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate referrals.
    • Participate in networking events and client appreciation activities.
    • Sit in on new client onboarding meetings.

Compliance

    • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Qualifications:

  • Life and health insurance license.
  • Series 65 license.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and financial services.
  • General Understanding of financial planning principles and investment products.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial planning tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
