Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and processing policy changes with efficiency and accuracy.

Office Support: Assist with various office duties to ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks and maintain a welcoming environment for clients.

Communication: Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Adaptability: Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and procedures within a fast-paced work environment.
