Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor
Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools
Full-Time | Year-Round | 260 Days
Zumbrota-Mazeppa Public Schools is seeking a motivated and experienced Maintenance & Grounds Supervisor to lead the maintenance and upkeep of our district's buildings, grounds, and facility systems. This leadership position plays a key role in providing safe, clean, and well-maintained learning environments for our students, staff, and community.
What You'll Do
- Lead district maintenance and grounds operations.
- Oversee preventative maintenance and facility repairs.
- Coordinate projects with Head of Facilities
- Support custodial operations and capital improvement projects.
- Ensure facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or grounds management.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A valid driver's license.
