Who we need

Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Offers, we are hiring a Coordinator, Loyalty Offers to join our Marketing Delivery team. As our new Coordinator, Loyalty Offers, you will play a key role in bringing personalized loyalty offers to life for millions of Scene+ members. You will own the day-to-day execution, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing management of offers within Salesforce Loyalty Management, working closely with Marketing, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns launch successfully and continue to perform as expected. Combining technical execution with operational coordination, you will help deliver accurate, high-quality member experiences while supporting the continued growth and evolution of one of Canada's leading loyalty programs.

This posting is for a full-time, hybrid role, working three days per week on-site at our Toronto office.

As our new Coordinator, Loyalty Offers  you will:

• Configure and execute loyalty offers. You will translate marketing campaign briefs into live offers within Salesforce Loyalty Management, configuring campaigns accurately and coordinating with Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and other connected systems to ensure successful execution. You will manage campaign setup, maintain offer calendars, and support the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives from planning through launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and resolve issues. You will actively monitor campaigns after they launch to ensure offers are functioning as intended, members are receiving the correct rewards, and campaigns continue to perform accurately. When issues arise, you will investigate, troubleshoot, coordinate with internal teams, and escalate where needed to minimize member impact.
• Ensure quality and operational excellence. You will conduct quality assurance reviews and user acceptance testing, validating campaign configurations, tracking parameters, and offer logic before launch. Your attention to detail will help identify potential issues early, reducing operational risk and ensuring a seamless experience for members.
• Support reporting and continuous improvement. You will maintain campaign dashboards, monitor operational metrics, and identify trends or anomalies that support informed decision-making. Working closely with your manager and cross-functional partners, you will contribute ideas to improve workflows, strengthen processes, and increase the efficiency and scalability of loyalty operations.
• Collaborate across teams. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, and external vendors to coordinate campaign execution and keep projects moving forward. Through proactive communication and strong organization, you will help ensure priorities stay aligned, timelines are met, and stakeholders have confidence in campaign delivery.

You bring:

• The technical foundation. You have hands-on experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem and are comfortable navigating platforms such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or similar marketing technology tools. You are confident in learning new systems and understand how marketing platforms work together to support campaign execution.
• The operational experience. You have supported marketing operations, campaign coordination, or campaign execution in a corporate environment where accuracy, accountability, and meeting deadlines matter. You understand the importance of following established processes while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
• The attention to detail. You approach your work with care and precision, recognizing that small details can have a significant impact on the customer experience. Whether reviewing campaign configurations, validating data, or troubleshooting issues, you take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work and proactively identifying potential problems before they reach customers.
• The collaboration and curiosity. You enjoy working with people across different teams, building positive relationships, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You ask thoughtful questions, embrace new challenges, and are motivated to continuously improve how work gets done while expanding your knowledge of marketing technology and loyalty operations.

Compensation

At Scene+, we believe that compensation should be transparent, fair, and market competitive. Our salary ranges are designed to represent the progression from learning the role to truly mastering it. 

This role has a minimum base salary of $50K and a maximum base salary of $65K. Our approach to compensation supports each person’s unique knowledge, skills, and abilities, and balances it with internal equity to ensure a fair and competitive salary. The higher end of the range is reserved for those who have demonstrated deep expertise, while offers closer to the minimum reflect strong potential with room to develop.

• A virtual cross-functional panel interview with members of the Marketing and Data/Technology teams, focused on collaboration, communication, and how you work across multiple stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
• A final in-person interview with the Director, Member Engagement & Marketing Delivery, to discuss your experience, your approach to operational ownership, and how you would contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the loyalty offers function.
