Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of craft cocktails with precision and consistency
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Honest, reliable, and punctual
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience in upscale or craft cocktail-focused establishments
• Creativity and willingness to contribute to cocktail development
• Experience with Toast POS
