Job description

Job Title: Fuel Delivery DriverReports to: Logistics Manager Location:  Medina, OhioStatus:  Full-time, non-exemptPosition Objective: Pickup and deliver fuel products, including liquid fuel, oil, grease and other energy products offered by the Cooperative to our customers. Occupation Specific Tasks:Load truck with fuel products based on routing daily needsDelivery fuel products to designated customer sitesConduct safety inspection on vehicle, as required by DOT guidelinesAssist with maintaining fuel site, monitor inventory, basic housekeeping of siteGenerate tickets daily on deliveries, including submission for billingMaintain customer assigned equipment, including tanks and metersRespond to fuel emergencies as neededRoutine preventative maintenance on vehicleCommunicating with customers on daily basisDuring peak business seasons or times of increased demand, this role may be assigned temporary duties in other departments. Such cross‑department support is essential to maintaining service levels and ensuring smooth company operations.Requirements:Class B CDL, HazMat and tanker endorsement.Education: High School Graduate or equivalent, experience as a truck driver, with experience in delivering fuel a plus.Skills: Excellent driving record, communication skills, priority setting, time management, and strong attention to detail a must.Centerra supports teammates that are curious, humble and committed.Pay will be based on experience.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s)incumbent in this position.
