Primary Job Function:
This key individual shall be the Team Leader and will be responsible for developing and updating training material and user manuals, which support the various automated systems and shall also act as a lead instructor for training courses. The material to be maintained shall include user manuals, classroom handouts, examinations, instructor manuals, and practical exercises to be used on each of the applications. The individual shall be competent in the requirements of the Corps of Engineers System Approach to Training (COESAT) program and ensure all material meets those requirements. This individual shall be required to be responsible for developing and/or presenting briefings, seminars, or workshop material. This individual may be required to analyze and correct functional data contained within the various databases based on the requirements specified by the Government. This person may be required to test and validate system features via QA/QC testing. This individual shall be responsible for calculating and entering estimated and actual hours for all work requests within SBM, the business management software used to assign work requests (WR) and track help desk calls. This person shall be responsible for providing telephone and email support for the system.
Qualifications:

• BA/BS Education, Engineering, Information Management, Information Technology or related degree
• Five years minimum experience with DD1391 Processor and related applications
• Two years minimum formal classroom instruction experience instructing interactive computer systems.
• Competent in the requirements of the Corps of Engineers System Approach to Training (COESAT)
