Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our onsite technology team. In this role, you will provide technical support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot software issues, and work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure business-critical applications operate efficiently. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and enjoys solving technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for application users, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor application performance and conduct regular system health checks.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement solutions for software bugs and enhancements.
• Document support processes, user guides, and FAQs to improve knowledge sharing.
• Assist in user training sessions and create training materials as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications or business software.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows-based applications and enterprise software environments.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting databases.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of application deployment processes and software lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise applications is preferred.
