About the Role:
Join Saunders Fence Co as a Fence Installer and become a vital part of our dedicated team in Chesapeake, VA! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality fence installations..
Responsibilities:
- Install various types of fencing including wood, vinyl, and aluminum with precision and care.
- Measure and mark installation sites to ensure accurate placements.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns during installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fencing as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fence installation or construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in fencing installation.
