Saunas by Design builds custom luxury saunas for high-end homes across the US East Coast & Caribbean — and we're looking for a full-time finish carpenter who takes pride in precision work. You'll build and install custom sauna interiors: cedar and thermo-wood tongue-and-groove paneling, benching, trim, and detail work where craftsmanship is the product.

What we're looking for: 3+ years of finish carpentry experience, an eye for tight joinery and clean lines, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently on job sites. Sauna experience is a plus, not a requirement — we'll train the right craftsman.

What you get: Steady year-round work (no gaps between projects), $25–30/hr based on experience, and the chance to build things clients show off — not hide behind drywall.
