Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional abilities.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and safe movement techniques.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments and treatment plans.
