Now Hiring: Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) - Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Santa Fe Care Center
Starting Rate: $60.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible - create a work-life balance that fits your needs!
Are you a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility? Join our dedicated team and help our residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care within our skilled nursing facility. While this position is full-time, we encourage you to inquire if PRN or Part-Time opportunities better fit your schedule. We value work-life balance and are happy to explore options.

  • Conduct thorough PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
  • Document all patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Educate residents and family members on exercise programs, safety, and functional strategies
  • Participate in care conferences and contribute to ongoing plan-of-care updates
Qualifications
  • Valid New Mexico state license as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • No experience with skilled nursing rehabilitation, supportive team to mentor and guide
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
