At SERVPRO of Rio Rancho/Sandoval County and SERVPRO of S. Albuquerque, we're not just restoring properties-we're restoring peace of mind. We're looking for a skilled, motivated, and experienced Water Mitigation Production Manager to lead our mitigation team, ensure high-quality service, and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Do:

  • Oversee all aspects of water mitigation projects from start to finish
  • Manage, train, and schedule mitigation technicians and crew members
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to industry standards
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors as needed
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters, homeowners, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with IICRC standards and safety protocols
  • Track job progress, documentation, and job profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that arise
What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in water mitigation or restoration
  • Prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • IICRC WRT certification desired (ASD and other certifications a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to respond to emergency calls and work flexible hours when needed
