We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Optical Lab Technician who enjoys working with their hands, learning new technical skills, and contributing to a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality eyewear to patients.

Whether you already have optical lab experience or are motivated to learn, we provide on-site training and support to help you succeed. Your work will play an important role in helping patients see better every day.
Responsibilities
Job Duties May Include:
  • Edge, polish, and tint lenses according to prescription specifications
  • Inspect completed eyewear for accuracy and quality standards
  • Check in and verify lenses using a lensometer
  • Utilize EHR and internal systems to track orders and patient information
  • Maintain an organized and efficient lab workspace
  • Communicate with team members regarding job status and timelines
  • Support overall clinic flow by completing lab work accurately and on schedule

Skills & Qualifications
Skills/ Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to stay focused and organized while completing repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn technical skills and follow established processes
  • Basic computer comfort and ability to learn new systems
  • Positive team attitude and reliability

Optical lab experience or ABO certification is preferred but not required.
Spanish language skills are a plus.
