The Line Cook plays a crucial role in the kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking food to order under the direction of the Head Chef. This position demands attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely and quality food service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Plate dishes with attention to presentation and portion control
• Replenish stock and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and Head Chef to ensure smooth service

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in culinary or food preparation
• Food safety certification such as ServSafe
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
