Job Description:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. You will assist residents with daily living activities, help maintain a safe and clean environment, and support residents' dignity and well-being. We are offering a new Weekend Warrior Program. Work 12 hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday all current shift Diff's are included. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40!
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Take and record vital signs, weight, and other health metrics
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and transferring residents safely
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical or mental condition
• Help serve meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Foster a positive, caring, and respectful environment for residents and families
