Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the mental health journeys of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging sessions where clients can share experiences, offer support, and learn from one another, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic counseling tailored to the unique needs of each client, helping them explore their thoughts and feelings while developing practical coping strategies.
  • Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their personal aspirations and mental health needs.
  • Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to track progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support optimal outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. This includes regular consultations, care coordination, and case reviews to address complex client issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on young adults facing various mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, and transitional issues in their personal and professional lives. You will provide a safe, supportive space where clients can confront their experiences and work towards healing and personal development.

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must possess a valid LPCC license to practice in California.
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in psychology or a related field is required.
  • Clinical Skills: Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a mental health setting, preferably with clients experiencing mood disorders and other related challenges.
  • Previous work in either residential or outpatient environments is highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits

Your dedication will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000. In addition to salary, we offer:
