We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Yard Associate to support daily yard operations and ensure our equipment, materials, and tools are organized, maintained, and job ready. This is a hands on role that plays a critical part in keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized yard and storage areas
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and company vehicles
• Stage and prepare materials for upcoming projects and job sites
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and inventory management
• Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
• Identify and report equipment issues, damages, or operational concerns
• Support field crews and team members with general labor and yard operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and punctuality
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet
• Experience in construction, warehouse, yard operations, or equipment handling preferred
• Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain structured workspaces
• Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
