This is a rare opportunity for a highly ambitious sales professional looking to accelerate their career. Join our founding GTM team and help spearhead Samaya's rapid growth in financial services. You'll play a pivotal role in defining the sales playbook, identifying new opportunities and closing high value deals. You'll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative, velocity and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Develop strategies to engage new clients as well as expanding and strengthening relationships with existing accounts
- Work closely with users and executives at major financial institutions and help them leverage Samaya's AI for competitive advantage
- Identify key opportunities, build a strategic pipeline, and influence key stakeholders for enterprise adoption
- Effectively demonstrate Samaya's capabilities in high impact product demonstrations
- Work closely with product and AI teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Provide valuable insights on customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends to help refine our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
Experience
- 8+ years experience in Enterprise Sales at high growth companiesย
- Strong experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in financial services. (Familiarity with hedge funds, banks, asset management firms is a bonus)
- A consistent history of exceeding sales targets and contributing to a winning, high-performance culture
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in simple, compelling ways through presentations, pitches, and written communication
- Willing to take ownership and with a natural curiosity and drive to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-moving AI industry
- Skilled in using data and market insights to guide sales strategies and optimize pipeline management
- Strong ability to connect with and influence decision-makers, from portfolio managers to C-suite executives
Compensation
On Target Earnings (OTE): $280K-$360K range based on experience (50/50 split - base/variable).
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
In addition to the base salary, you'll receive a generous commission plan with unlimited earning potential. Equity may also be considered as part of the overall compensation package.
