About the Case Aide Role
As a Case Aide within our Children and Youth Services team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through hands-on assistance and care coordination. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, dependable, and organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork matters.
Starting Rate: $16.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications
Case Aide Core Responsibilities
  • Assists in the maintenance of case records
  • Supports families in completing required forms and paperwork
  • Transports children and supervises family visits
  • Assists with gathering documentation, such as birth certificates and Social Security cards
  • Supports caseworkers with home visits, placements, and appointments
  • Assists in data collection, monthly reports, and internal audits
  • Supports family engagement initiatives and community resource connection
  • Helps coordinate and deliver holiday donations
  • Attends required training

What You Bring
  • An associate's degree (preferred) in a human services field, or equivalent education and experience as defined by program guidelines
  • Experience working with children or families preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work respectfully with diverse populations
  • Commitment to supporting families and working as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Location & Schedule
This position is based in Pike County, Pennsylvania. Work is primarily in office and community-based.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening hours may be required.
