We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Manager- Work From Home to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Assist existing clients with changes and questions to their insurance portfolio

• Previous experience in Insurance: sales, customer service
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Detail-oriented

We are a growing multi line insurance agency that focuses on employee satisfaction and betterment. We primarily focus on Texas insurance sales but are licensed in AZ, OK, NM, AR and CO. We are a team of 15 and looking to continue our growth.
