Human Resources Coordinator (Remote)
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday (daytime hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $2,000 per month
Hiring Status: Actively Hiring
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will work with candidates who have already applied to our company and assist in managing the interview process from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR, recruitment, and working in a structured remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with pre-screened candidates and guide them through next steps Schedule and coordinate interviews with the internal team Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM/ATS system
Track candidate progress and provide updates to the team
Ensure timely communication with applicants to maintain a positive experience
Follow established hiring processes and guidelines
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Comfortable using email, calendars, and basic digital tools
Ability to manage multiple candidates and schedules simultaneously
Self-motivated and dependable in a remote setting
Reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
Preferred (not required):
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or administrative roles
