Location: San Francisco, CA (In-person, Bay Area Projects)
    Employment Type: Full-time

    About the Role

A growing and mission-driven General Engineering Contractor based in the Bay Area is looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead diverse civil infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage projects ranging up to $10M across the region, with a focus on utilities, water processing, pump stations, and sewer systems.

This is an in-person role with flexible site-based work and a weekly presence required at the companyโ€™s San Francisco office. If you enjoy leading meaningful infrastructure projects while working with a collaborative and agile team, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership and grow with a company on the rise.

    What You'll Do
    • End-to-End Project Leadership: Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, RFI/submittals, change orders, subcontract management, and documentation.

    • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal staff, consultants, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to standard.

    • Client Management: Serve as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and aligning expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

    • Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and client invoicing to ensure profitability and accurate financial tracking.

    • Strategic Problem Solving: Proactively identify project risks or delays and implement mitigation strategies with confidence.

    • Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with permitting, local building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

    What You Bring
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience managing civil construction projects, with a strong track record on utility and public infrastructure work.

    • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

    • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 is a plus.

    • Leadership: Strong initiative and ability to manage projects independently while leading a team to success.

    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate client, partner, and team relationships professionally.

    Perks & Benefits
    • Comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision)

    • 401(k) with employer contribution

    • Paid time off and recognized holidays

    • Career development opportunities

    • Supportive, team-oriented company culture

Please provide with a projects list as well.
