Job Overview: Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Responsibilities
- Manage licensed publisher relationships including publishing plans, marketing, promotions, retailer presentations, and communications.
- Support editorial and marketing workflows while handling day-to-day operational needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Editorial, Creative, Franchise, Legal, and Retail/Sales teams.
- Drive and support development of key publishing and licensing initiatives.
- Participate in internal and external business updates, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Support execution of annual initiatives, revenue plans, and product category strategies.
- Assist in developing short-term and long-term (1โ3 years) category strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and support execution of new initiatives.
- Coordinate deal terms, contract reviews, and agreement modifications.
- Participate in quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
- Analyze industry trends and insights to support business decisions and strategy.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Publishing, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in book publishing or entertainment licensing.
- Strong marketing, sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience creating presentations and pitch materials using PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
