Maintenance and Handyman Wanted – Reliable & Skilled Professional Needed!

Safety Squads is a Handyman Service specializing in helping our Seniors “Age In Place Safely”. We providing a comprehensive inspection to the property and insure they have a safe home to live in.  We do miscellaneous repairs and maintenance services required.

Responsibilities:

Provide safety inspections that lead to general home repairs (drywall, painting, minor plumbing & electrical), installing grab bars, ramps and railings, furniture assembly and installation, installing smoke and carbon monoxide units, junk removal and dump runs.  Resolve basic problems such as installing sinks and toilets, and repairing leaks.  Replacing bulbs, doorbells, changing out HVAC filters, cleaning dryer vents, inspecting sub areas for moisture concerns, perform routine maintenance for current clients as needed.

Requirements:

Experience as a handyman or in a related field, strong problem-solving skills, punctual, professional, and detail-oriented, ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.  Some computer skills.  Must have a clean DMVR, clean criminal background, pass a drug check.  Must be presentable, articulate and fluent in English speech and writing and understand basic math.  Ability to upsell and market services.
