We're hiring for a full-time supervisor for our Land Park and Natomas swim schools, and a leader for our fun and growing team! At SafeSplash, we believe swimming is a life skill®. Therefore, we approach each one of our swim lessons with great skill, passion and individual attention. Our curriculum has been developed by a team of world-class swimmers with over 30 years of teaching experience. We have the most up-to-date swimming technique to teach students how to swim the correct way right from the beginning! In addition to teaching water safety to every swimmer, our goal is to teach confidence in the water that will translate to all parts of your swimmer's life.
Hours: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $21/hour

Job Description:
Drive successful SafeSplash business through excellence in overall supervision of the location with emphasis on pool site operations and employee supervision. Will work under the guidance of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Business Operations -works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager owner to set up and maintain location policies and procedures within the SafeSplash Franchise structure. Assists with scheduling and deck supervision, including:
Customer Relations - Ultimately responsible for the customer experience at SafeSplash. Must maintain quality customer service by enforcing high customer service standards amongst all employees. Analyze and resolve customer service problems, identify trends, developing and implementing improvement strategies. Making calls and emails to customers as needed to ensure best experience for the swimmer.
Marketing- Responsible for on-site marketing efforts. Works closely with the Manager to coordinate on-site promotion with digital marketing campaigns.
Retail - Supports location retail including inventory levels and sales.
Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Position Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must be confident and comfortable working with children.
- Experience in swim or aquatics environment, such as swim coach, swim instructor, or deck supervisor
