We're expanding into Ottawa and are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-focused Driving Instructors to join our team.

Whether you're already a licensed instructor or an experienced driver looking for a rewarding career, we provide the support, and tools you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

- Deliver one-on-one in-car driving lessons for G2 and G licence preparation

- Teach defensive driving techniques and safe driving habits

- Help students build confidence in a calm and supportive environment

- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback after each lesson

- Complete lesson notes using our digital scheduling platform

- Maintain a clean, professional training vehicle

- Represent our company with professionalism and exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

- A valid MTO Driving Instructor Licence (certified and approved to provide driver training in Ontario)

- A valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence

- A clean driver's abstract with no demerit points

- A clean criminal record

- A minimum of five (5) years of driving experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- A patient, positive, and professional attitude

- Availability to work evenings and weekends

Vehicle Requirement

Applicants must have:

• A clean, reliable, well-maintained vehicle suitable for driver training
• Valid Ontario automobile insurance
• Current vehicle registration
• A vehicle that meets all applicable MTO requirements for driving instruction

Schedule

Typical schedule includes five working days per week with a combination of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. Flexible scheduling is available based on instructor availability and student demand.
