Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, offering flexible work arrangements that support work-life balance while allowing for seamless collaboration with colleagues. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, creating a structured environment that promotes efficiency and quality care delivery. Utilizing telehealth technologies, you will maintain consistent communication with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mental health challenges and needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and evidence-based interventions based on individual assessments.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other social workers, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Engage in regular peer reviews and case consultations, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement in service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits
