About Us
We are the premier hotel in Taylor Texas and are looking for premier team members to join our team.  We have been open for seven years and many of our team have been with us since opening.  If you love taking care of people and your team members than this place was made for you!  Please come by anytime to pick up an application or just to meet the team. 180 NW Carlos G Parker next to the HEB

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and systems
  • Respond promptly to guest room and common area maintenance requests
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and general upkeep tasks
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to minimize guest disruption
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work order documentation
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or commercial building maintenance preferred
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently and independently
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed
